This unique outdoor art exhibit combines photography with storytelling, and features images taken by U.S. citizen alumni of U.S. Government exchange programs. Little Rock is one of five communities across the United States hosting this free exhibit, which aims to inspire audiences in host communities to become future exchange participants, and pass on the power of exchange to others.

Dear Uyen Dinh Tran and Rush Deacon,

Thank you for your support and participation in the YSEALI Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP). As you are aware, all the Fellows were required to submit a follow-on proposal to take place in their home country or virtually. On behalf of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, American Councils for International Education is pleased to notify you that Uyen Dinh’s Reciprocal Exchange Project proposal has been promoted for funding. Congratulations on this wonderful opportunity to travel to Vietnam and participate in the YSEALI PFP Fellows’ program! Each application was reviewed by a selection committee made up of members of the Institute Partner staff, American Councils for International Education, and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The reviewers evaluated the proposals based on a variety of factors including capacity building, community need and involvement, feasibility, sustainability, budget, and cost effectiveness, as well as its promotion of the values of the YSEALI.
